Bird's Music

When brasilian musician and director Jarbas Agnelli saw this picture from birds resting on electric wires the image brought him the typical comparison with a partiture. But he went a step further and asked himself, what would happen if I try to read it as conventional music notation?

The result is this shortfilm with music composed... by the own birds.

Guaire

Tiendaderecha presents the photographic project "Guaire" from Amada Granado. The exhibition will be open until 6th of October in c/ Alegre de Dalt,16. Barcelona.



Together with the photographs, it is being shown the video "Apuntes de Barcelona", from the director Andrés Duque. The film stablishes a relationship between the Guaire river (Caracas) and the lost river of Cagalell, that was buried with the building of the Barcelona's Ramblas.

Liquid Arquitecture ::: 555 KUBIK

The conception of this project consistently derives from its underlying architecture, the Hamburg Kunsthalle. The Basic idea of narration was to dissolve and break through the strict architecture of O. M. Ungers "Galerie der Gegenwart". Resultant permeabilty of the solid facade uncovers different interpretations of conception, geometry and aesthetics expressed through graphics and movement.

Drawing a Song

The agency Herraiz & Soto has created a gorgeous interactive videoclip for the band Labuat. The idea is so simple as beautiful: the user draws a line with a chinese-style brush stroke that synchronizes with the music and the mouse movements, all peppered with some nice animations triggered at predefined timestamps in the song.

Love distance

Traditionally, condom ads rely on more or less gross jokes, hyperboles, they search the "shock & awe" effect, we could say. But this spot winned a Cannes Gold with a nice straightforward idea and big amounts of sensibility (no pun intended)...
